The app stores job names, client labels, scope descriptions, prices, costs, private notes and status history on your device. No account is required. The app does not upload these records to a developer server or use third-party analytics, advertising or AI SDKs.
Apple processes purchases and account information. ScopeLedger reads verified subscription entitlements to unlock Pro. Refer to Apple's privacy policy for its processing.
Local usage events contain event names and timestamps. They are not transmitted automatically and do not contain job text. You can export them or remove them through Delete all local job data.
PDFs and backup files leave the app when you choose to share or export them. PDFs exclude direct costs and private notes. Full backups include all job information. Keep backups in a place you trust. App-created temporary exports are removed after 24 hours at the next app launch; deleting job data also clears temporary exports and internal recovery copies.
OS backups may include app data depending on your device settings. ScopeLedger has no cloud sync. Uninstalling removes local app storage but does not cancel subscriptions or delete files you shared, copies saved elsewhere, or device backups.
The app retains one prior snapshot for recovery and may preserve the previous library when you restore a backup. Delete all local job data removes those internal copies. The local free-creation counter is retained. Exported copies and system backups remain under your control.
This website performs its example calculation in your browser. ScopeLedger adds no email collection, payment form, third-party analytics or application cookies. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security systems process web requests, which can include IP addresses, browser information and request times. Private previews may also require host sign-in and authentication cookies. Provider retention and processing are described in the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy; ScopeLedger does not set a separate hosting-log retention period. App job records are not sent to this website.
For support or privacy questions, email g_ronen@yahoo.com. If you email us, your message and email address are processed by our email provider so we can respond. Please avoid sending customer records or full backups. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence; app records must be deleted on your device because we do not hold a server copy.
