Open Settings → Export full backup. Keep the JSON file somewhere you trust; it contains private notes and costs. Restore a backup replaces the selected device’s library. ScopeLedger does not automatically sync records.
Use Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple purchase account. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription. Existing records, updates and exports remain available after expiry; continued creation beyond the three free records requires Pro.
Preview the customer PDF before sharing. Dedicated costs and private notes are excluded. Text you enter in customer-facing fields appears on the PDF. Approval, invoiced and paid statuses are your own records. ScopeLedger does not authenticate signatures, send invoices or collect customer payments.
The first version is designed for US solo remodelers. Record amounts in US dollars; taxes are not calculated. Contribution subtracts direct cost and is not net profit.
